Project Manager
Performs duties of a journeyman carpenter; acts as carpentry foreman, organizing, scheduling, and supervising personnel in the performance of work on construction projects including rough carpentry, finish carpentry, wiring, plumbing, painting, masonry, concrete finishing, drywall finishing and other crafts; works from blueprints and specifications; secures construction materials and maintains records and cost reports on projects; employs and discharge extra laborers as needed; is responsible for tools and equipment; and performs other duties as required.

Reports to: Director of Development
Directs, supervises, and participates in skilled carpentry work in the alteration, maintenance, repair, and overall construction of buildings, floors, roofs, stairways, partitions, doors, windows, screens, scaffolds, wood fixtures, and furniture.
Receives work orders, estimates time and materials needed for completion and assigns work to subordinates using verbal and written instructions and sketches work plans and blueprints when necessary.
Maintains inventory of and requisitions lumber, hardware, supplies, and tools.
Keeps records of time and materials used and prepares necessary reports.
Reviews work in progress and completed to ensure that work is performed according to instructions
Instructs skilled and semi-skilled workers in the methods, practices, materials, and tools in the carpentry trade.
Performs all duties and tasks of an Apprentice 1-4, Journeyman 1-4.
Is responsible for multiple sites.
Performs all other duties as required.

Education Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.

2,080 hours and successful completion of Apprenticeship 2 Program at H. Pacific Construction or equivalent, and
2,080 hours and successful completion of Apprenticeship 3 Program at H. Pacific Construction or equivalent, and
2,080 hours and successful completion of Apprenticeship 4 Program at H. Pacific Construction or equivalent, and
2,080 hours and successful completion of Journeyman 1 Program at H. Pacific Construction or equivalent, and
2,080 hours and successful completion of Journeyman 2 Program at H. Pacific Construction or equivalent, and
2,080 hours and successful completion of Journeyman 3 Program at H. Pacific Construction or equivalent, and
2,080 hours and successful completion of Journeyman 4 Program at H. Pacific Construction or equivalent, and
